Location: North East (Newcastle area)
Salary: £30,000 – £39,000 (DOE)

The Role
As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Servicing and maintaining Fire & Security systems
Fault finding and carrying out repairs across multiple system types
Occasional installation work where required
Covering Newcastle and the surrounding North East region
Working across a variety of commercial sites
Ensuring high standards of customer service at all times
Experience Required
Proven experience working on Fire & Security systems, including:
CCTV
Access Control
Intruder Alarms
Fire Alarm systems
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Good IT/computer literacy
Knowledge of testing and commissioning practices
ECS Gold Card, IPAF, and PASMA (desirable but not essential)
Engineers with either a Fire or Security bias will be considered
