Location: Kent / London (covering London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex & Essex)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fire & Security Service/Fault Engineer to join a growing team delivering high-quality service and maintenance solutions to a portfolio of commercial and high-end residential clients.
The successful candidate will have proven experience working across a range of fire and security systems and be comfortable travelling throughout London and the South East. This role also includes participation in a 1-in-4 out-of-hours call-out rota, attracting an additional £250 per call-out week on top of salary.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain and fault-find on fire and security systems.
Diagnose and rectify system faults efficiently and professionally.
Provide technical support to customers and internal office staff.
Deliver out-of-hours technical support and site attendance when on call.
Assist with the training and development of colleagues where required.
Identify and report non-conformance issues relating to installed systems.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and professionalism at all times.
Undertake any additional duties within the scope of the role as required.

Essential Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience within the fire and security industry.
Full UK driving licence.
ECS Card.
Ability to pass full security screening and DBS checks.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Good understanding of IP networking and system integration, including:
VLAN configuration
Active Directory
Network-based security systems
Desirable Experience
Previous experience working within high-end residential or premium commercial environments.
Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
