The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving business growth across the Southern Region, developing relationships with both new and existing clients across commercial sectors.
This is a consultative sales role where you’ll be working with high-end fire and security solutions including:
CCTV
Access Control
Intruder Alarms
Fire Alarm Systems
Maintenance & Monitoring Contracts
You’ll be expected to:
Generate and secure new business opportunities
Develop existing accounts and maximise revenue opportunities
Build relationships with key decision-makers and specifiers
Produce professional, commercially strong proposals
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Drive recurring revenue through maintenance and monitoring agreements

What They’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience within B2B sales
Strong background within the Fire & Security industry
Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder & Fire systems
Proven ability to win and develop business
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Motivated, driven and target-focused mentality
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Desirable:
Industry qualifications (FIA, BTEC, NICEIC etc.)
Understanding of NSI / FIA standards
Existing industry contacts and network
