Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Working Hours: 42.5 per week
Salary: £38,481 (inclusive of standby)
Overview
A leading facilities and engineering services provider is looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial sites in the Oxford region. Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on fire and security systems
* Service and maintain CCTV systems (IP and analogue) and fire alarm systems
* Ensure all work is completed in line with service level agreements and KPIs
* Respond to faults and service requests within agreed timeframes
* Complete all job reports and documentation accurately
* Identify faults that require replacement or upgrade and recommend solutions
* Maintain compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
Requirements
Essential:
* Electrical qualification (NVQ or City & Guilds)
* Experience with CCTV systems (IP and/or analogue)
* Experience with fire alarm systems
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Desirable:
* IPAF licence (or willingness to obtain)
