Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to carry out planned maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and occasional small works across fire alarm, emergency lighting, intruder alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.
Key Responsibilities
Service and maintain fire alarms, emergency lighting, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
Work on fire alarm systems including Advanced, Kentec, EMS, and EDA
Use service management software and mobile app to complete worksheets, reports, and updates
Carry out small installation day works and system upgrades
Perform fault-finding on conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
Work with Pyronix, Texecom, Galaxy, Paxton, Hikvision, Dahua, and Wisenet

Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing and maintaining the listed systems
Full UK driving licence
Strong fault-finding ability, excellent diligence, and a positive, proactive mindset
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am — 5:00 pm
On-call rota: Approximately 1 in 6 weeks

Basic Salary: Up to £34,000
OTE: £40,000+

Commission: Generous and achievable scheme
On-Call Allowance: £250 per week + time and a half, paid door-to-door
Holidays: 26 days leave + bank holidays
Travel: Paid after the first 30 minutes each way
Training: Manufacturer training + FIA courses

Company Vehicle: Fully provided, including fuel card (work use)
