An established and highly respected independent Fire & Security installer is looking to recruit an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to join their growing team covering Hertfordshire, Essex and North London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware Project Manager with strong technical knowledge and a proven background delivering fire alarm and electronic security projects to a high standard.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing multiple Fire & Security projects from initial handover through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and fully compliant with the latest industry regulations and standards.
Projects will include:
* Fire Alarm Systems
* Access Control
* CCTV
* Intruder Alarms
* Integrated Security Systems
Key Responsibilities
* Full project management of Fire & Security installations
* Managing engineers, subcontractors and client relationships
* Commercial responsibility including project costs, margins and variations
* Ensuring compliance with the latest fire alarm regulations and standards
* Attending client meetings and site visits
* Managing project programmes and delivery schedules
* Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Fire & Security Project Manager
* Strong commercial awareness
* Excellent knowledge of current Fire Alarm regulations and standards
* Experience managing projects within commercial environments
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Full UK driving licence
