A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Fire & Security Engineering Manager to join a well-established and growing business in Kent.

In this role, you will lead a team of Fire & Security Engineers, oversee day-to-day operations, and play a key part in tenders and project delivery.

Package & Benefits

* £50,000 – £60,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the daily operations of the Fire & Security engineering department.

* Lead, mentor, and support a team of field engineers, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and safety.

* Assist with tenders, surveys, and technical proposals.

* Support and oversee project delivery across fire and security installations.

* Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting across fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems.
