* Company mobile phone and iPad/tablet provided.
* Paid travel time above the normal 30-minute travel allowance.
* 28 days’ annual leave, including bank holidays, increasing to 33 days after one year’s service. Working days taken off during the Christmas shutdown come from this entitlement.
* Company pension scheme.
* Standby allowance for each on-call week, paid in addition to basic salary.
* Call-out attendance paid door-to-door at the applicable rate.
* An additional paid day off in lieu when rostered on call on a bank holiday, whether or not you attend a call-out.
* Company-supported technical training and development.
* An established engineering team with technical and office support.
Training and development
We actively support continued technical development and encourage engineers to tell us where they would like to build their skills.
