We're working with a growing financial services business looking for a detail-focused Income Manager with previous experience in income management, finance administration or commission reconciliation to take ownership of income tracking, commission reconciliation and reporting. You'll play an important role in ensuring income is accurately recorded, payments are reconciled and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved.

Key responsibilities for the Income Manager include,
Monitoring and reconciling adviser commissions, provider payments, client fees and recurring income
Investigating discrepancies and following up with providers to resolve outstanding payments
Managing income workflows, records and pipelines within Intelligent Office (IO)
Producing accurate income and management reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Maintaining clear audit trails and ensuring income processes meet company procedures and FCA requirements
Building strong working relationships with advisers, administrators, providers and the Finance ManagerWhat are we looking for?
You'll ideally have previous experience in income management, finance administration or commission reconciliation, together with a strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO).
You'll be highly organised, numerate and analytical, with excellent attention to detail and the confidence to manage your workload independently. Strong Excel skills are important, as is the ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
Experience within financial services, wealth management or mortgages would be a real advantage, particularly if you're familiar with adviser charging, commission structures and recurring income.
If you have the Intelligent Office experience and enjoy keeping the numbers accurate, the income flowing and everything in its right place, we'd like to hear from you
