This role will suit someone who enjoys delivering high quality financial accounting, takes pride in accuracy and control, and is looking for a long term position within a business that offers consistency and low staff turnover.

 The RoleThis is a broad, hands on financial accounting position with real ownership across the finance function.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements

Balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls

Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes

Preparation of VAT returns

Oversight of sales and purchase ledger activity

Supporting and mentoring transactional finance staff

Working closely with senior finance leadership on systems and process improvements

Liaising with international teams across multiple locations and currencies

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely reporting, while contributing to the continued development of systems, processes, and controls.

What They’re Looking For
Fully/part qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or qualified by experience at Financial Accountant level

Proven experience within a financial accounting role

Strong systems capability, ideally with ERP systems such as SAP

Confident operating in structured, process driven environments

Experience within multi currency or international businesses would be advantageous
