Our client is looking for a detail-driven Finance Assistant with Accounts Payable expeirence to join their team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

This is a part-time role, 3 days a week which can be flexible with days/working hours.

The Finance Assistant will support Accounts Payable operations and ensure timely, accurate invoice and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage invoices: route for approval, process in NextProcess, and match to POs/Spend Requests

* Share media invoices via Slack for billing file inclusion

* Resolve invoice queries, discrepancies, and missing approvals with internal teams and suppliers

* Onboard new suppliers and maintain accurate supplier records, including media suppliers in billing files

* Respond to supplier payment chases, checking status in NetSuite/NetSuite NextProcess and providing clear updates

* Support mid-month and month-end payment runs

* Review Ramp card transactions, ensuring VAT is captured, with validated receipts collected

* Match bank payments to invoices; raise journals where required

* Complete bank reconciliation ahead of month close to support month-end reporting

* Approve employee expenses twice monthly, ensuring compliance with company policy and correct documentation

Skills & Experience

* Previous Accounts Payable or finance admin experience

* Strong accuracy and attention to detail

* Experience with finance systems (e.g., NextProcess, NetSuite, expense platforms)

* Confident communicator, able to chase approvals and resolve queries

* Proactive, organised, and able to meet payment deadlines
