About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our Finance Manager with day-to-day financial administration. This role is key to ensuring smooth and accurate processing of transactions and records.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager for all finance-related tasks.

· Assist in creating invoices and supporting documents, following correct procedures.

· Monitor finance emails and calls, responding to, or directing enquiries appropriately.

· Prepare and maintain documents, including timesheets.

· Process receipts and record VAT accurately.

· Operate Credit Control and maintain up-to-date records.

· Perform daily data entry and maintain spreadsheets as required.

· Work confidently with software such as Xero, Microsoft Office 365, and Outlook.

What We’re Looking For

· Mandatory experience: Currently working in an accounting/finance role or previous experience in a similar position.

· Strong accounting knowledge or formal study in accounting, working with Xero is essential.

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
