Finance Accountant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Accountant to support core finance operations, including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reporting. This role offers strong exposure across financial reporting and process improvement within a collaborative finance team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes

* Prepare journals (accruals, prepayments, adjustments)

* Assist with management accounts and financial reporting

* Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

* Maintain fixed asset register and related schedules

* Conduct variance analysis and support business reporting

* Assist with audits and ad-hoc financial analysis

* Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls

🔹 Requirements

* 5+ years’ accounting experience

* Strong experience in month-end close and reconciliations

* Background in SME or small finance teams preferred

* Advanced Excel skills

* High attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach

* Ability to work independently and take ownership
