LED Smart Solutions Ltd, owner of the commercial lighting brand BrightexLed, is expanding and is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing Manchester team.
This is a B2B field-based role where no two days are the same, offering variety through customer visits, relationship building, and new business development across Manchester and surrounding areas. You will work as part of a collaborative and supportive team, while also having the autonomy to manage your own sales activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate and develop new B2B customers
* Manage a varied day-to-day workload, including client meetings and follow-ups
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Work closely with colleagues across sales, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Proven sales experience (lighting, electrical, or construction materials preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team dynamics
* Professional handling of customer enquiries
* Available for full-time work (40 hours per week)
