Sales Recapture Specialist (Field Sales)
Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh based. – Territory is covering the Scotland and North East.

Role Overview:

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Sales Recapture Specialist to cover Scotland and the North East region of England. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new maintenance contracts.
On a typical day you will:
* Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders
* Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
* Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
* Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
* Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues
What you will need to be successful:
* Degree educated, or equivalent to, with experience within a field sales based position.
* Experienced with technical sales ideally with experience in tender design and alterations to reflect the customers needs and wants.
* Customer focused approach to sales, with experience in working with your customers to build a long standing partnership.
* Market mapping, worked with and on various tools to map out your market to ensure you're spending your time talking to the right people.
