Are you currently working as a Field Care Supervisor, Care Manager, or equivalent community-based leader within mental health or learning disability services and looking for a role with better structure, smaller caseloads, and stronger organisational support?
This role is designed for experienced professionals who already understand the demands of community supervision and want the time and autonomy to focus on quality, staff development, and compliance. You will oversee care delivery, support and supervise staff, and act as the primary escalation point for quality and compliance matters.
This is not a start-up or firefighting role. You will be supported by senior leadership and central teams, with clear processes and defined accountability.
