Field Care Supervisor – Northampton £28,000
I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established home care provider in Northampton, supporting adults to live safely and independently in their own homes. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Field Care Supervisor to join their branch team.
The Role
You will be responsible for organising and overseeing care services for clients receiving home care support, ensuring care is delivered safely, effectively and in line with each client's needs and company standards.
Duties include:
* Developing, reviewing and updating person-centred care plans
* Scheduling carers and managing rotas across allocated packages
* Conducting spot checks and field supervision visits, observing practice and supporting carers in the field
* Completing risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards
* Liaising with clients, families, healthcare professionals and community services to monitor progress, address concerns and adjust care as required
* Maintaining accurate case documentation and records
* Contributing to quality assurance and compliance activities
* Working collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure timely, safe care delivery
The Provider
* Multi-branch home care provider
* This branch is delivering approximately 1,500 hours of care per week

Requirements
* Experience as a Field Care Supervisor
* Full driving licence and own transport
* Right to work in the UK
