What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them stay independent, safe and connected to their communities.

Your day might include:

-Delivering truly person-centred care tailored to individual needs
-Supporting with personal care, dressing, bathing, meals and mobility
-Encouraging independence and confidence
-Helping people access their community and live full lives
-Following care plans and reporting any changes
-Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
-Every visit matters. Every interaction counts.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and year-round support.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

-Full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle
-Good spoken and written English
-Warm, caring and dependable personality
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-Flexible and adaptable mindset
-Commitment to safeguarding and high-quality care

Desirable (but not essential):

-DBS on the update service
-Experience in homecare or support work
-RQF/NVQ in Health & Social Care
-Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
