Mobile (door to door pay)

North London

Salary up to £40,000

Working on commercial contracts

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across GTR stations

* Work on a variety of fabric trades including carpentry, patch plastering, painting, basic plumbing, flooring and general building repairs

* Receive and check deliveries of materials

* Complete job worksheets and submit weekly paperwork

* Assess asset condition and report any life-expired items

* Order materials required for works and assist with remedial costings

* Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with contract requirements

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Fabrics / Multitrade Engineer

* Strong all-round building maintenance skillset

* Relevant qualifications

* Ability to work independently in a mobile role

* Full UK driving licence

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30

* Additional hours as required depending on workload

* Occasional weekend working

* Participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota 1in4 (however its more like 1in6)
