EYFS Teacher – Enhanced Provision (SEN/ASD Specialist)

Our client, a well-regarded SEN school with an expanding enhanced provision, is seeking an exceptional EYFS Teacher to lead a brand-new class from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, innovative setting and make a real difference in the early years of children with ASD and complex SEND.
The Role:
Lead a new EYFS class within the enhanced provision.
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, tailored learning experiences for children with ASD/SEND.
Implement strategies informed by SCERTS, TEACCH, Attention Autism, and Curiosity Programmes.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
Support the development of pupils’ social, emotional, and communication skills.The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified EYFS Teacher with previous SEN school experience in this age range.
Strong knowledge of ASD and SEND teaching strategies.
Experience using SCERTS, TEACCH, Attention Autism, and the Curiosity Program.
Passionate about inclusion, early intervention, and innovative teaching approaches.
Excellent communicator and team player, with the ability to inspire children and colleagues alike.This role is ideal for a dedicated EYFS professional looking to lead and shape a new class within a forward-thinking SEN setting.
