Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Extra Care Manager for a project in Wigan
The role will be to start in December for 4 weeks. The hours will be Mon - Fr 9-2 (25 hours per week)
The role as Extra Care Manager will involve:
- Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme
- Managing Compliance processes
- Supporting residents with Income issues
- Completing Heath and Safety checks
- Morning Calls
- Support Plans
- Risk Assessments
- Managing voids
Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing/or Social Care experience
To start this role you must have an Enhanced DBS Check
