We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced distribution centre team. This is a full-time role with no part-time options and requires applicants with a strong CV and a solid background in picking and packing.
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:00
Role Overview:
This position involves a variety of warehouse tasks within a busy distribution environment. Accuracy, speed, and consistency are essential, and we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate long-term experience in similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate picking and packing of orders
Labelling, sorting, and preparing goods for dispatch
Handling goods in and goods out
Maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring correct storage
Keeping the warehouse tidy, organised, and safe
Working efficiently to meet daily and weekly targets
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience in a picking and packing role within a distribution centre
A strong, stable CV demonstrating consistency in similar roles
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Physically fit and able to meet warehouse demands
Reliable, hard-working, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a strong team ethic
