Key Responsibilities

* Deliver personal care with dignity and respect

* Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household duties

* Assist with mobility and safe moving & handling

* Provide companionship and emotional support

* Accurately record care notes and report any concerns appropriately

* Travel between client homes within the local area

* Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and other professionals

Requirements

* Previous experience ideally community or domiciliary care role (other settings will be considered such as nursing homes/ residential/ live in / hospital/ supported living

* A genuine, compassionate approach to care

* Good communication skills and professional reliability

* Ability to work independently and manage your time well

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

* Up-to-date DBS or willingness to apply for one

* Relevant care qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care) is advantageous but not essential or willingness to obtain
