A fast‑growing B2B events company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive exhibition and sponsorship revenue across an international portfolio.

The Role

* Deliver and exceed sales targets

* Lead pitches and key account negotiations

* Shape sales strategy for designated events

* Create tailored proposals for clients

* Mentor junior sales staff and improve sales processes

* Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities

* Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline

About You

* 5–7 years exhibition sales experience

* Proven target‑beating track record

* Strong negotiator able to close high‑value deals

* Strategic, commercially minded, and confident with CRM & Excel

* Deep understanding of the B2B exhibitions cycle
