Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Brent seeking dedicated Exam Invigilators to join their team on a flexible, part-time basis for the May/June 2026 exam season. This role is ideal for individuals looking for seasonal or ongoing exam-based work.
Exam Invigilator - Role Overview
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring examinations are conducted in accordance with school and JCQ regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing exam rooms in line with exam board requirements
Checking attendance and verifying candidate identification
Distributing and collecting exam papers securely
Ensuring exam conditions are strictly maintained
Supervising students during examinations
Assisting students with queries in accordance with exam regulations
Recording and reporting any incidents or irregularities
Supporting students with access arrangements where required
Requirements
Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator or experience working in a school setting (Desirable)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedures
Professional, calm and confident manner
Excellent punctuality and reliability
Good communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Minimum 4-hour paid shifts
