Pay Rate: £368.64 to £409.56 per day (PAYE)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Hybrid - 3 days in the office in Central London
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager who thrives in a dynamic fast paced environment and has a passion for managing the full event life-cycle from strategy and execution to post event analysis. You will lead the planning and delivery of large scale owned events collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to create world class experiences.
This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking strong program management skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. If you enjoy building and scaling impactful event programs this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
Own event strategy and management from inception to post event assessment
Develop and execute approaches to drive customer engagement at large scale events
Ensure a high standard of customer experience across all events
Manage go to market strategies proposals and execution plans
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and set up processes for quality execution
Compile and analyse performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
Source and manage vendor services through RFPs
Contribute to strategic documentation related to eventsBasic Qualifications
5+ year's experience in event marketing including execution
Proven track record in producing and scaling medium to large events
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to analyse and interpret data for business recommendations
Self starter who works independently and within a team
Strong bias for action and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Resilient under pressure and adaptable to setbacks
Skilled at influencing without authority and partnering effectively with stakeholders
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in MS Word PowerPoint SharePoint and ExcelPreferred Qualifications
Experience managing B2B events in finance technology or procurement
Familiarity with AEM BI tools Salesforce Marketo Pardot or similar platforms
Event industry certifications (CMP CMM CTSM etc.)
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
