The Role:
We’re looking for an organised, energetic, and creative Events & Marketing Executive to help bring the business brand to life through a growing calendar of events and activations. From external auctions, valuation days, partner events, high-net worth events, new collector workshops and internal offsites, you’ll play a central role in planning, coordinating, and delivering memorable experiences.
Alongside event management, you’ll also support their marketing and PR activity, working closely with the external and internal marketing resources, helping to generate content, and ensuring the events reach the right audiences.
This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for sport, an eye for detail, and a talent for making things happen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Event Management
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver a broad range of company events, including, but not limited to:
* External auctions and valuation days
* Partnership and Charity events
* High net worth collector events
* New collector workshop events
* Internal offsites and company social events
* Support Trading Card Show Sponsorship events
* Maintain event plan for 2026
* Deliver all events to budget
Looking ahead to 2026 and beyond, company plans to significantly expand its event programme, recognising the important role events play in brand growth, awareness, and engagement.
While some early concepts exist, many of these future events are still being defined. A key part of this role will be to develop a deep understanding of the business, its audiences, and its objectives, and to help shape, define, and deliver new event formats that support the companies’ continued growth.
This role offers the opportunity to influence what the company events become, working collaboratively across the business to turn ideas into impactful, brand- led experiences, that will grow the customer database.
* Manage all event logistics, from venue sourcing and supplier coordination to guest communications, catering, and on-the-day delivery.
* Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring strong cost control and value.
* Work closely with auction, marketing, and operations teams to ensure each event supports wider business goals.
* Deliver events that reflect the premium quality and personality of the company brand.
* Marketing & PR Support
* Liaise with the PR agency on media outreach, press materials, and coverage.
* Assist with marketing campaigns promoting events and results across social media, email, and digital channels.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
* Build strong relationships with venues, suppliers, partners, and sponsors.
* Represent the business professionally at all events, acting as the on-site point of contact.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
* Evaluate event performance through attendee feedback and measurable outcomes.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the guest experience.
About You:
* 3+ years’ experience in events management or marketing, ideally in a premium, lifestyle, or sports-related environment.
* Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
* A hands-on problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
* A genuine passion for sport and an understanding of how it engages audiences.
* A collaborative team player who brings creativity and energy to every project.
