Job Title: Teacher of English
Location: NG2, Nottinghamshire
Pay: £145–£250 per day, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent / Suitable for ECTs

We’re looking for a passionate Teacher of English to join a forward-thinking secondary school. You’ll engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5) through dynamic, well-planned lessons that develop knowledge, critical thinking, and a love of learning.
The Role:
Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and 5 where applicable)
Promote curiosity, confidence, and strong learning behaviours
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff within a supportive departmental structure
Monitor and support pupil progress effectively
What You’ll Bring:
QTS and strong subject knowledge in English
Experience teaching secondary students (ECTs welcome to apply)
A passion for inspiring and supporting learners of all abilities
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
