About the Role:
We are looking for a Bid Writer & Content Executive to join our small, dynamic team within a growing Facilities Management business specialising in soft services. This is an exciting opportunity for English or Journalism graduates at the start of their career, or for someone with experience in bid writing, looking to develop within a creative, commercial environment.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the business to secure new contracts across both public and private sectors, working on high-value bids with well-known UK and international brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, editing, and proofreading high-quality bid responses.
Tailoring submissions to meet client specifications and evaluation criteria.
Managing deadlines and coordinating multiple bid submissions.
Maintaining and updating the bid content library.
Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather key information and best practice examples.
About You:
Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or similar, or proven bid writing experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
GCSE English (Grade C / Level 5 or above).
Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload effectively.
Enthusiastic, curious, and willing to learn (full bid writing training provided if needed).
