Role Requirements
* Develop new ECU electronics designs to meet internal, customer, and legislative requirements.
* Analyse requirements, identify gaps, and create complete schematics, BOMs, and technical documentation
* Conduct worst-case analysis and maintain Electrical DFMEA
* Apply engineering standards, Bills of Design and Process
* Support PCB design teams and validation teams during product testing
* Release design documentation and prepare clear technical reports/presentations
* Ensure designs meet cost, manufacturability, and end-of-life recycling targets
* Escalate risks, apply problem-solving, and deliver to project timelines
Key Requirements
* Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
* Experience in automotive or high-reliability electronics
* Familiarity with ISO 26262, FMEDA, and Electrical DFMEA
* Skilled in CAD tools (XPedition preferred) and simulation software
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* English fluency (additional languages a plus)
