Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Wandsworth, South West London – Up to £48,000 + Package
Exciting opportunity to join a world-leading FM service provider based at a prestigious high-end residential building near Wandsworth Town Station, South West London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a static residential contract, carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across all building services while supporting the day-to-day running of the site.
The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a strong background in commercial or residential building maintenance and experience working within a high-end environment. Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday
08:00 am – 17:00 pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and fabric systems
Electrical maintenance including small installations, fault-finding, lamping, and repairs
Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing, and maintenance
AHU & FCU maintenance, including filter changes and cleaning
Monitor and operate BMS systems, including heating, cooling, and environmental controls
Arrange and escort specialist subcontractors on site
Maintain accurate compliance paperwork, reports, and site logbooks
Assist with general building services maintenance across the residential site
Diagnose faults across building services equipment and proactively resolve issues
Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
Maintain a professional and client-facing approach at all times
Package:
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum

Requirements:
Electrically qualified – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3
17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Proven track record in commercial or residential building maintenance
Multi-skilled across electrical, mechanical, and general building services
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Professional, hardworking, and reliable
Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
