We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading UK Facilities Management provider supporting a prestigious critical healthcare contract.

πŸ₯ This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regulated environment, maintaining critical electrical infrastructure that keeps essential services running safely and efficiently.

⚑ What You'll Be Doing:

πŸ”§ Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across the site.
βš™οΈ Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs safely and efficiently.
πŸ’‘ Maintaining lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting and associated electrical systems.
πŸ“‹ Supporting statutory inspections, testing and certification requirements.
🚨 Responding to emergency breakdowns and prioritising critical systems.
πŸ’» Updating maintenance records using the CAFM system.
🀝 Working closely with engineers, contractors and the Estates team.
🦺 Following all Health & Safety procedures while working within a live critical environment.

πŸ‘·β€β™‚οΈ What We're Looking For:

πŸŽ“ NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering.
⚑ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (17th Edition considered).
🏒 Experience within Facilities Management, Building Services or a similar maintenance environment.
πŸ” Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
πŸ“– Good understanding of statutory compliance and safe working practices.
πŸ’¬ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

⭐ Desirable:

πŸ₯ Previous experience within healthcare or other critical environments.
βš™οΈ Experience working on critical building services infrastructure.
πŸ’» Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems.
