This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ecommerce & Marketing team at an established multi-brand group in Greater Manchester. This B2B and B2C wholesaler and retailer, are proud to manage a diverse portfolio of leading brands and collections.

They’re looking for someone who’s motivated, organised, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in ecommerce and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, be comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines across different brands, can adapt quickly to changes and is happy to roll up their sleeves to help wherever needed. You’ll play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and day-to-day ecommerce operations — helping to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce and wider team across B2C and B2B online portals

• Help manage and update product listings across all websites and online marketplaces using Linnworks, Mirakl, and other platforms.

• Assist with website updates, promotional content, and product uploads on Shopify.

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and help manage community engagement.

• Support the creation and sending of email marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.

• Cover customer service and order processing during holidays or busy periods.

• Assist in planning and delivering photoshoots — including product preparation, coordination, and post-production content management.

• Maintain and update image libraries and marketing assets.

• Provide general marketing and ecommerce support across departments when needed

Skills and Qualities:

• Previous experience in an ecommerce and marketing role (essential).

• Strong content creation skills — including social media, email campaigns, and product listings.

• Experience with Linnworks, Shopify or Mirakl/other platforms is a bonus, but training will be provided.

• Excellent organisation and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

• A team player who enjoys collaborating and helping others.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
