Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Assess and monitor pupil progress with guidance from experienced staff
Work collaboratively with colleagues, mentors, and support staff
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
Uphold the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
Passion for teaching and supporting young learners
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive and proactive attitude
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
