The Role
* Deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to pupils with SEN, SEMH and additional learning needs.
* Build positive relationships that promote confidence, resilience and achievement.
* Work collaboratively with experienced teachers, therapists and support staff.
* Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
* Develop your teaching practice through high-quality mentoring, training and CPD.
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or achieving QTS before starting.
* Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive first teaching post.
* Passion for working with children and young people with additional needs.
* Positive, resilient and reflective approach to teaching.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
