We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established three-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, for a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2026 on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT to begin their teaching career in a supportive and collaborative school environment with strong leadership and a clear commitment to staff development.

The role:
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a class within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that support pupils’ academic progress and personal development. As part of a three-form entry school, you will benefit from shared planning, strong year group support, and opportunities to collaborate with experienced colleagues.

The school offers a structured ECT induction programme, including mentoring from experienced teachers and ongoing professional development to help you build confidence and develop your classroom practice.

Is completing or has recently completed their PGCE or teacher training
