👩🏫 About the Role
We are recruiting passionate Early Career Teachers to work on a supply basis in a range of primary schools across Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster Dronfield & Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence, develop your teaching practice, and experience up to 50 different school environments.
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support pupils' academic progress while adapting to different classroom settings.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-planned lessons across your subject or key stage
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
Provide feedback on pupil progress where required
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Quickly build rapport with students and staff
🎯 Skills & Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it (ECTs welcome)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability across different school settings
A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for teaching
Ability to engage and motivate pupils of all abilities
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
