This is a fantastic opportunity to use your creativity, communication skills, and confidence to support pupils across the classroom while gaining valuable school-based experience.

Hours & Contract

Monday–Friday, 08:30–15:30

Full-time roles available

Your Role & Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

Provide 1:1 and small group support

Assist with literacy, numeracy, and creative classroom activities

Encourage pupil confidence, participation, and positive behaviour

Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Support with classroom preparation and learning resources

What We’re Looking For

A Drama or Performing Arts degree (2:2 or above)

Strong communication and confidence working with young people

A proactive, energetic, and reliable approach

A genuine interest in education

Experience with children (theatre groups, camps, coaching, tutoring) is beneficial but not essential

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
