We are looking for reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to service users in their own homes across Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas.
The successful candidates will support individuals with their day-to-day care needs while promoting their independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care and support in service users' homes.
* Assist with personal care, dressing, washing and other daily activities.
* Support with meal preparation and household tasks where required.
* Assist service users with mobility and maintaining independence.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
* Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.
* Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns.
* Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and the care team.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in domiciliary care, supported living or a similar care environment is desirable.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, reliable and professional approach.
* Candidates must be willing to travel between care visits.
