About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will help deliver safe, effective, and caring support to adults who may need assistance with:

* Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral care)

* Medication support in line with care plans and training

* Meal preparation and nutritional support

* Mobility assistance and promoting independence

* Companionship and emotional support

* Domestic tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

You will work in accordance with individual care and support plans, ensuring that all care is delivered with dignity, respect, and empathy
