About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to join a well-established and growing home care provider in Wrexham.
This role is ideal for a strong leader with a proven background in domiciliary care management, operational oversight, compliance, and team development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality care delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care branch
Ensure the service operates in line with CIW standards and all regulatory requirements
Lead, manage, and support office staff and care teams
Drive branch growth through effective recruitment, retention, and business development strategies
Monitor and improve service quality, client satisfaction, and care standards
Manage branch performance, budgets, and KPIs
Conduct audits, spot checks, and quality assurance processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals
Ensure safe staffing levels and effective rota management
Support with staff training, supervision, and performance management
Requirements
Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service
Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and compliance standards
Proven leadership and people management experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage operational performance and achieve targets
Full UK driving licence preferred
