Pay & Hours

* £14-£16

* 40 hours per week

* Working on a rota basis between 6:00 am and 10:00pm

* Participation in the on-call rota is required

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, develop, and maintain person-centred, outcome-focused care services.

* Create and manage care staff rotas to ensure efficient service delivery.

* Monitor recruitment requirements and provide regular updates to the Registered Manager.

* Ensure services are delivered in line with regulatory requirements, CQC standards, and company policies.

* Build positive relationships with service users, families, professionals, and partner agencies.

* Maintain accurate electronic and written records in line with GDPR requirements.

* Participate in the on-call rota and provide direct care support when necessary.

* Respond appropriately to concerns, incidents, and complaints.

* Produce management reports and operational information as required.

* Develop links with community organisations to enhance service provision.

What We're Looking For

Essential

* Previous experience within a care setting.

* Experience administering medication and supporting individuals with care needs.

* Knowledge of risk assessments, care planning, and person-centred support.

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

* Level 3 Diploma in Care from a Skills for Care-endorsed trainer
