Lead and develop branch staff

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and quality care delivery

Manage performance, budgets, and KPIs

Management experience in domiciliary care (essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of CQC standards
Business-minded with a growth focus
Full UK driving licence

NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
