Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to join a successful e-commerce business with three established brands, £10m annual sales and an ambitious £12m growth target.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of digital strategy, manage a significant marketing budget and make a measurable impact on business growth.
The Role
*
Manage and optimise Google Ads, PPC and SEO campaigns to maximise ROI.
*
Drive online sales, customer acquisition and conversion rates.
*
Lead the digital marketing and e-commerce team.
*
Oversee email marketing, social media and website performance.
*
Manage marketing budgets, Magento agencies and external partners.
*
Analyse performance data and report directly to company owners.
About You
*
Proven experience in Google Ads, PPC and SEO.
*
A track record of growing e-commerce sales.
*
Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills.
*
Experience managing budgets, teams and agencies.
*
Knowledge of Magento or a similar e-commerce platform.
What's on Offer?

£40,000–£50,000 salary.
