A fast-growing luxury travel brand - known for creating once-in-a-lifetime adventures from African safaris to remote island escapes - is urgently hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on their digital strategy and performance.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll sit at the heart of the business - shaping, delivering and optimising multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness.

You'll take full ownership of digital marketing activity across PPC, SEO, content, CRM, and social media, combining data-led decision-making with creative flair to bring the brand to life online.

One week you might be deep in Google Ads and analytics dashboards, optimising campaigns for better ROI. The next, you could be refining the website's conversion journey, crafting SEO-rich content, setting up automated CRM workflows, or launching a paid social campaign for a new travel destination.

This is a role for someone who loves variety, autonomy, and impact - a marketer who's as comfortable with strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves and doing the work.

āœˆļø What You'll Do

āœ… Lead and deliver the company's digital marketing strategy across all channels
āœ… Manage and optimise paid campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Retargeting)
āœ… Drive SEO, content, and on-site performance to improve visibility and conversions
āœ… Oversee website management - editing pages, improving UX and CRO, managing developers
āœ… Build and automate CRM and email campaigns (Mailchimp, Zapier, Pipedrive)
āœ… Analyse data, report on performance and make insight-led recommendations
āœ… Lead digital aspects of new product and destination launches
āœ… Manage budgets and produce clear, actionable reports for senior stakeholders
āœ… Support and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and creative culture

⚔ About You

You're a digital all-rounder who thrives in fast-paced environments. You understand the end-to-end marketing funnel and how to use digital channels to generate high-quality enquiries.

You're commercially minded, analytical, and creative - someone who loves the idea of owning the full digital journey and making things better every day.

You'll bring:
šŸ’” Experience in digital marketing (travel or hospitality a bonus)
šŸ’” Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Mailchimp, and Zapier
šŸ’” Confidence managing PPC and performance campaigns from setup to optimisation
šŸ’” Experience improving website content, UX and conversion rates
šŸ’” Strong analytical and reporting skills
šŸ’” A passion for storytelling, sustainability, and adventure
