This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to deliver real results, especially across Meta platforms, while supporting programmes that help people gain skills, retrain, and access new career opportunities.

You’ll be joining a growing training provider working across Adult Skills Fund (ASF) programmes and Skills Bootcamps, helping individuals upskill and move into employment.

The Role

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Your work will play a key role in driving learner enrolments and supporting programme growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta platforms

* Analysing performance data and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI

* Developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with enrolment and growth targets

* Collaborating with content and creative teams to deliver high-performing campaigns

* Identifying new opportunities across employability, training, and eCommerce-style funnels

* Monitoring campaign performance and continuously refining targeting and messaging

Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role

* Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta platforms (essential)

* Experience within training providers, employability programmes, ASF or Bootcamps (highly desirable)

* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment

* A creative, results-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership
