The Role:
* Content Creation – write, design, and produce high-quality content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, video, and more.
* Social Media Management – lead our social media channels, plan and schedule posts, and grow our online community.
* Digital Marketing Support – contribute to email marketing, SEO, website updates, and paid campaigns.
* Collaboration – work with internal teams, customers, and external partners (designers, photographers, videographers).
* Brand Ambassador – represent the business at events, customer visits, and ensure consistent brand use.
* Reporting & Insights – analyse results, spot trends, and suggest new ideas to maximise performance.
* General Marketing Support – assist with campaigns, projects, and overall marketing strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* 2+ years’ experience in a B2B digital marketing role.
* Proven skills in creating compelling written, visual, and video content.
* Strong knowledge of social media management and growing accounts.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Desirable:
* Marketing qualification/degree (CIM, equivalent, or higher).
* Experience in the manufacturing sector.
* TikTok for business knowledge.
* Graphic design, video editing, or photography skills.
