What the Digital Marketing Executive Will Be Doing
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
* Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel campaigns using HubSpot
* Create and optimise landing pages, email campaigns, and automated workflows
* Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies across paid, organic, and social channels
* Manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
* Coordinate SEO initiatives including keyword research, optimisation, and performance audits
Analytics & Performance
* Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance
* Use data insights to refine targeting, messaging, and content strategy
* Track website traffic, engagement, and lead generation metrics
* Continuously test and optimise for conversion improvement
Content & Brand Development
* Build compelling digital storytelling across all touchpoints
* Create and manage social media campaigns and community engagement
* Maintain and update website content (WordPress experience preferred)
* Monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities and improvements
CRM & Sales Alignment
* Maintain and segment CRM databases for targeted outreach
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to support pipeline growth
* Align marketing automation workflows with customer journeys
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience
* 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing (ideally within B2B services)
* Proven track record in B2B lead generation and nurturing
* Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, and email marketing
* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Search Console
* Website CMS experience (WordPress preferred)

* Strong understanding of buyer journeys and content strategy
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently
