We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & IT Assistant to support our online presence, marketing activity and day‑to‑day IT needs. The role mixes creative digital work with practical IT support and includes working closely with Sales.
Key Responsibilities

Manage social media, website updates and digital content

Support SEO, email marketing and analytics reporting
*
Assist with brochures, presentations and exhibition materials
*
Maintain website content and support improvement projects
*
Provide first‑line IT support and assist with Microsoft 365
*
Help with hardware setup, software installs and user accounts
*
Promote cybersecurity awareness
Skills & Experience
*
Digital marketing or website management experience
*
SEO, social media and CMS knowledge
*
Strong communication and organisation
*
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Desirable: WordPress, basic design skills, IT systems knowledge, B2B/manufacturing experience.
