We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing domiciliary care provider in Southampton for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of the service.
The service supports 30-40 clients with a dedicated team of around 20 staff and has a Registered Manager in place. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in the continued growth and development of a quality-focused care service.
The Role:
You will support the Registered Manager across a range of operational responsibilities, including:
Care coordination and rota management
Recruitment and onboarding of care staff
Conducting care assessments and developing care plans
Ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards of careThe service supports elderly clients (50+) with personal care needs.
What's on Offer:
Salary of £37,000 - £40,000
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm office-based role
Alternate weekend cover and on-call duties

Full UK driving licence
Proven experience within domiciliary care
